Frequently asked questions

CORONA UPDATE - Due to new government regulations, museums can only be visited with a QR code and a valid ID. This applies to everyone from 13 years and older. Unfortunately, a yellow vaccination booklet is not a corona admission ticket. For more information, visit CoronaCheck.nl. As of November 28, additional rules apply in the museum and our museum café:

  • Keeping 1,5 meters distance is mandatory again
  • Online reservation is not mandatory: tickets are also for sale at the box office
  • A mouth cap is mandatory from 18 years old
